Apple launches limited edition AirPods Pro to celebrate Chinese New Year
To celebrate Chinese New Year, Apple has introduced a limited edition AirPods Pro that is available in many Asian countries including mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan and Malaysia. This upcoming new year is the Year of the Taurus and Apple has created a cool new emoji character to celebrate. On the home pages of these countries, Apple has also added a new custom logo to mark the occasion.
The Limited Edition AirPods Pro is available at the same price as any other pair of AirPods Pro. For example, in Mainland China they are 1999 yuan And in Hong Kong Hong Kong 1,999. The unique emoji applied to the case of AirPods Pro depicts a classic cow emoji with a smaller cow emoji protruding from its head with stars floating around it. The box for AirPods Pro contains the same unique emoji in red.
Aside from the special box and unique emoji printed on the case, these AirPods Pro are functionally identical to those on the box. Nevertheless, it is sure to be very popular. After all, it’s usually any limited edition of an Apple product.
